@Former-Member @Former-Member
So I decided to act on the no friends problem. I randomly just texted someone from Church and invited myself over for a visit this afternoon. I just have to wait for her to get home from the dentist but she didn’t say no. Thanks for the idea. I guess sometimes I just need to take a risk.

Now that I've figured out t how to share with you all again I have an update; I'm back to exercising for strength and fitness, and I've always found to be a great way to strengthen myself emotionally as well. It doesn't block out all my distressed feelings, and nothing should do that, we need to occasionally feel distress, it's good for us; but it really helps us not be triggered dangerously frequently. I wonder what others do to that end, and how you all feel about managing and controlling your triggers.

Most definitely @Bow - Welcome. You can come for a chit-chat or just for the company. Your choice.
