Hi @Breeze good to hear you had a nice weekend. Hope you get the good news you are hoping for - not sure what it's about but happy to listen if you want. Just in case you don't get replies here, it's really just busy here on a Saturday. If you do want to chat with me I'm mostly over on the A Long Rave thread and will be there this morning.

And a big welcome to the forums @Brightfighter @Mezz @Maxi7 @Woyapp @-pixie-
This is a social thread where absolutely anything goes (within guidelines of course!).
Sometimes Saturdays are a bit quiet on the forums and this is a place you can just hang out and meet some new people. Take care x

Thanks for the shout-out @eth - there can be worse ways of spending a Saturday than sharing at the Soiree
Back in the days I would have brought my guitar along and we could have had a singalong but those days have passed and arthritis got into my hands along with the rest of my body - but we can imagine
I am feeling better this morning - it was a shock to realise that my spine is getting worse but a good night's sleep eased the issue - I will not be seeing a neurosurgeon about this - I do not want surgery - I have been advised against it for 25 years - why change my mind now? - I know the pain specialist I will be making an appointment with is a good man for the job and very caring -
So I am in a good place today - and I have made a change in my bad tagging habits - I have made a list of my regular contacts and keep adding to it so I will put it down today

And I must say that spread looks wonderful - I am still having my second breakfast - I can certainly add to what I am already eating
