Hey there @Historylover glad you had a nice day today! Yes its been very warm in Melbourne, cooler tomorrow then more warm weather forecast next week. I've been indoors listening to a free time-sensitive summit on diabetes. The information content has been astounding. I can't afford paying for the series but am getting in many hours a day soaking up the advice from a panel of top experts.

@SmilingGecko, I guess yours is type I? I had type II when I was extremely ill, stressed beyond endurance and bedridden with total exhaustion when my health imploded. Over the years, as I was able to be a little more active, I was able to eventually beat it. It took several years.
I read with bemusement that it is incurable. I think there are so many different schools of thought in medicine that it is a wonder we survive!
