Good morning all. I'm back again I hope. I'm hoping to hold it together today.
I agree @Former-Member about the roller coaster. I'm afraid I haven't found a way of accepting the ride well yet either. I was only talking about that with my therapist yesterday in the things that surprise me, like waking up and the day is horrid and I still never expect it. Thinking of you.
