yeh.. i had choc so ignore all my diet tips

if I told you bad things ate today and yest would have to go buy pkt cigs and stub one out  on myself @plasmo  just bit too silly. only postiives can think of is threw 100g choc out to save me eating it lol, had cake, snickers, sausages yest , just bbq cheapos, but worked so well in airfryer lol could have gone sandwich steak been dry marinading all day in salt and pepper, have med needs to be taken on mt stomach, hard to achieve empty lately. told drs also sed prob taking too soon after food (was only aware need 30 mins nothing After) anyway they increased dose after being strict with it while in hosp, would let me sneak in a few bickies overnight but no food like 14 hours on their program lol

My sleep doesn't help eating

Prob have 7 -8 sleeps in 24hrs @plasmo
