Thanku for having me in this forum🩷🌸  It is invaluable to have a safe space like this as a means of support.  Having beautiful souls to connect with that are experiencing & living with mental health challenges makes me feel like I'm not alone. Reaching out can be difficult when all I want to do is isolate & retreat, but being able to share stories, seek guidance, be shown compassion & kindness helps me immensely. Very grateful. 🙏💐

I am pretty new to all this online  stuff. Sometimes I do not understand what all the things mean. 

I've joined this group as I'm really struggling 36 days out from when my husband 'had enough', but not of me, of a situation. 

Maybe my step son will call tomorrow with his partner and 2 children. It will be the high light of my week if they do.
