Feeling very tired,  every day is so different,  some feel worse and other days not too bad 

My shaz was determined to do his last piece of concrete to final finishing covering the drain 

Reacon he is suffering from heat stroke 🥵 so resting in aircon now  and plenty of water for him

@Shaz51 yeah that's how it is for Dad, can make it sooo hard when energy and stuff is that unpredictable! 

Aww poor Mr Shaz!! Got stuck in ADHD hyperfocus and didn't realise he was getting heat stroke maybe? Oh dear 🥺

Been sending lots of letters to try and get a dialysis machine in our town but looks like I have to travel to the bigger town in the future

Have to rely on hubby which is great and he is here for me but !!!!  @Jynx
