catching up with siblings is the best!! my highlight from this weekend was wearing a sari (traditional dress) for my first time ever to a cultural event - i've always found it difficult to embrace my culture so this was a wholesome moment for me and my family 😊

Hi everyone, I am taken aback by the honesty and difficulty I see/read in the posts, some stay with me 

So I was surprised to see such a lighthearted welcome post. 

I am pleased though, as it seems on reflection, right and proper.

My weekend was quiet, I am learning Arabic, quite a struggle believe me. Of late my exercise has fallen off and this concerns me as the black dog loves a stationary target.

It is important to me to get out and meet the day like your welcome post talks about.

Hey @Shaz51 having a busy morning, but in a good way. Trying to get back into running so I squeezed in what was meant to be a very short one before work but I underestimated how slow I would be 😂 so ended up being in a rush when I got home. 

Time for a second coffee I think, care to join me? ☕☕

Hi I have finally come out of the darkness of a deep depression. My new medication is working. It has been a long nine months including ect. I have a riding lesson on my beautiful horse Ked. I have got my motivation back to ride.
