Wow, look at all of us, we made it through 2017!!!!! I have a 100% perfect success rate of surviving every single year living with a mental health issue and I'm going to make the assumption that you also have a 100% perfect success rate.

Have popped in here to wish you all an amazing 2018. My year was one that I would rather forget but I’m hopeful that this coming one will be better. Can’t see how it could be worse so the only way is up, right?

There are so many people on this Forum to thank ( you know who you are) that have been really supportive of my tribulations. In many ways, you have helped me get this far. 

Not feeling all that festive and am spending the evening home alone with my dog and probably a movie.
