Thank you @Gremlin24 as I reflected during the night I woke up for the first time in a few days and find my drive to write again remembering despite the external voices telling me hope is not attainable. I have to find my fight in myself alone because that's where its foundation is.
thank you for being brave and sharing.

@Judymay well written and so much truth behind those words. I hate that no matter what I do the past always comes back to haunt me, it's inescapable. Sometimes more often than not all we have is ourselves and the fight seems to be ours alone, despite trying to get much needed help from others.
I've woken up today not feeling the best but I'm here and for the moment that's as good as it gets. I hope you have a good day, keep fighting your battle for your story and your journey is far from over.

Thank you, I am reminded today that I am in an environment still that I can't feel safe in and have no escape yet. I am trying to dissociate from the reality and enjoy my life in my room.
It is sad when you can't get help. Something I am trying to accept.
i hope you have a good day.

@Judymay i feel you. I've tried to escape my situation but no matter how hard i try it just doesn't work. I can't do this alone but finding help has been impossible.
My day is going to be a struggle that much i know for sure, but I'm trying to put on a brave face and pretend that everything is ok. I hope your day goes ok for you. Always here if you need a chat.
yesterday
Yes, and sometimes, the hardest fights we ever put up would be with ourselves. But it is that fight that is going to improve our self-awareness, self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence and make us love ourselves more.
