Those picture are beautiful. I actually recognise the outlines - I buy my colouring books from Kmart too. I saw once that Kaiser Craft has books too, they are lovely but really expensive... Kmart is more my priceline 😛
I find mindfullness colouring invaluable. It slows me from spiralling into the actmosphere during my hypomania attacks. The act of selecting the colours and carefully filling and shading each leaf, petal, or feather is just so centreing it draws my mind out of the clouds and into exactly what i'm doing.
Please post more images. Maybe one day I'll get the courage to post some too.

I tried to go to bed early but woke after 50 minutes. I know this isn't colouring in but also heaps me focus. Hope you don't mind me sharing this one @The-red-centaur please let me know if you rather me not to. 💖

Thanks for reminding me about minfullness colouring! I did this one when I was an inpatient almost three years ago and found it a good thing to concentrate on but also good just to pass the time. Also there was sort of a social element as there were others colouring as well - much better than mine! Soon to pick up the pens again.
