Meet the moderators

Re: Who's who in the zoo: Meet the moderators

not so sure on either of those @LouLouMagoo

Re: Who's who in the zoo: Meet the moderators

Take some time out and practice looking after yourself, it's something we can never be too good at! Self care doesn't always have to be the fun stuff like 'treating yourself' it can be little things that you know will make you feel better tomorrow, like getting a full nights rest, eating, exercise etc

Re: Who's who in the zoo: Meet the moderators

Oh @LouLouMagoo you have no idea how hard all that is for me - but this is not the place (thread) for this conversation - thankyou for trying though!

Re: Who's who in the zoo: Meet the moderators

Hi @LouLouMagoo  I've studied orthomolecular nutrition and also have rowing in my past.  Went to state titles level.  Thanks for telling us about yourself.

Re: Who's who in the zoo: Meet the moderators

Hi everyone, I'm Zahlia, here is a little about me:

I've been moderating on the forums for about 2 years now, so its been wonderful for me to see members grow. My background is psychology, and I have experience in drug and alcohol, gambling, and grief and loss counselling.

I like summer much more than winter as I love to be outdoors. The sunshine is my remedy, when I'm stressed out or upset, I go for a walk and sit in the sun. I am wanting to adopt a little pup in the next few years to keep me company, a sausage dog would be my preference. Providing my partner agrees on it as he wants a bigger dog!

I have a long history in gymnastics, but if you asked me to attempt any of the skills now, I would probably break my neck! Now days I just stick to walking and the gym.

It's lovely to 'meet' all of you.

Re: Who's who in the zoo: Meet the moderators

Is there a moderator here at the moment?  Struggling.

Re: Who's who in the zoo: Meet the moderators

1500 words before lunch is the way some do it apparently

Re: Who's who in the zoo: Meet the moderators

Hey Sane Community,

I wanted to shout out to say hi to everybody on the forum. I'm also new, so have only been moderating for a few months now.

Just a few quick facts about me:

I work in the mental health field which I find really rewarding.

I'm a dog lover, mad about kelpies in particular.

I found yoga about a year ago and haven't looked back.

........ And I also love nutella, ha.

I said this in a previous post but I wanted to say it again, its a privilage to be able to join you on this forum, seems like a special place for many.

Cheers!
