Hi @cantcope85 , I've been seeing a psychologist for my bipolar that has progressed to depression. One thing we discussed that helped me was look to 1/ achieve something - little things to start - it might be just a 5 minute walk, wash some clothes, call a friend, go to the local bush park, over time the little achievements grow: 2/ enjoy something - mine started with watching some old tv shows for laughs. Things improved overtime with help from psychologist and gp meds. I hope things improve for you,

i am lost most of the time too
staying in bed is by far my best responseDo you hav
I hate it but i also know that it is the best i can do at that moment
and the safest way to deal with what ever is going on
getting up is awfully difficult
i get that
but it is also super rewarding
even for the tinniest purpurse
Do you have pets?
