I can understand how scary that would be. While its great that you destroyed the note, obviously its very concerning that you got to that point. As hard as it is right now, just try to keep in mind that you just need to make it through today and then you have your appointment.
Try to take some confidence that you got to such a low point, but quickly got yourself back from it. If you do really think you're imat risk of taking ot further then you know who you need to call. Is there anything i can do to help right now?

You've done the right things. Dont worry about Monday right now, just get through Sunday. That is all you need to think about right now.
I know it must be so scary at the moment, but try to take some confidence from knowing you've done the right things when you've needed to so far. It may not seem like much at the moment, but it is.
