@Former-Member The only other things that work for me is doing puzzles or playing video games to distract myself. But i'm sure i've suggested that before. I really don't know what else to suggest. I know how frustrating it must be for you and so utterly exhausting.

It's OK I'm not your problem to have to deal with. I'm out for now. I'm sorry.

@Former-Member That's okay, Do what you have to do to get through tonight and we can chat later.
I know its not my problem, as my problems aren't yours. That doesnt mean we cant choose to offer support and share the load a bit. I know I would be a lot worse off if I had to deal with my own crap alone. Sorry its been such a difficult night for you.

@avant-garde For me, any kind of puzzle that just gets me thinking. My favourites would be word puzzles though. Sometimes math puzzles as well if im feeling a bit more focussed. I do 3D print quite a few puzzles, so I enjoy solving them as well. Theyre mainly just trying to get a bunch of pieces to fit together. I just get a bit obsessed if i can solve them, so it can act as a really good distraction for me.
Do you have any favourites?

Yes, it's a brand called Pintoo, they're plastic and 368 pieces is the size of an a5, the puzzle stays together without glue so you can display it
I like nonograms, they're like picture sudoku
I like both word and number puzzles, I seem to be good at both, logic puzzles are fun too
