Re: Life and trauma
@Former-Member I know its not exactly a lot of fun being there, but I just think you are better off letting them keep an eye on you. Just to make sure you're okay physically and they can assess further.
I dont think they mean to shut you down, and you probably have a better chance of getting some sleep and rest there than at home. So, youve gotten through so much recently, I'm sure a bit more time there letting them look after you is something you can handle.
To help you through.... as promised here is a photo of my new kitten. Gremlin meet Luna.

Re: Life and trauma
@Former-Member 💜😋
@Oaktree Right back atcha!!
I mainly spent time doing as little as possible, and saw my partners and a few friends!! We had a lil picnic in the park for NYE which was super cute hehe.
Hmm.... For 2025 I am planning on being more whimsical! Climbing more trees, skipping down the street, complimenting people whenever I get the urge to (and not letting anxiety win), singing more, dancing more.... and just being a silly little guy!!
What about you?

Re: Life and trauma
I love the sound of your plans. I would love to try and find reasons to compliment people. I am going to be studying this year so my plan is to pass. I would also like to get a job with Sane so whether that is paid or voluntary remains to be seen. I currently get an Army pension so if I get a paid job the pay would have to beat that amount. It’s a bit complicated.

Re: Life and trauma
That was a fun insta post. I really liked the idea of being cosier and buying new bedding. Also the girl who wore red one year then green the next intrigued me. Now she must look like Christmas as she wears red and green. Lol
Thanks for sharing x
Oh and I would love to be your colleague. I already have a manager at Sane as I am a member of LEAC.
Getting noticed is half the battle lol
