Re: Life and trauma
@Former-Member I know that you appreciate the support here for you. I just worry, because i'm aware of the limitations of what we can do for you orher that what we are doing. I mean you can write or email a hug. And i do understand just how much you are struggling and how hard you're fighting, but part of the support i can offer you is to encourage you to use those services available to you when you feel yourself getting close to that point of giving up. I only keep bringing it up because i do care and I do want to see you get as much support as possible. All of us here do. You are important.

Re: Life and trauma
@Former-Member I know you're grateful, but I just like to remind you because its so easy to lose sight of in the darkness.
As long as you make that call if you feel you have to, thats all I ask. We'll make that the plan for the rest of the night but hope it doesnt come to that. Fingers crossed it is some sleep instead.

Re: Life and trauma
@Former-Member Of course you dont, no one does. But if it is what you need to keep you safe, then there really isn't a choice. Life has a way of giving us a set of choices sometimes, none of which we like. For me, thats when we need friends to guide us or remind us what the roght choice is.

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 I'm trying to run on like 5 minute blocks, but I'm getting to like 3 minutes and it's all just hitting hard. The thoughts are taking over like a wave of things all coming over me at once. It's unbearable.
