Hi everyone,
I feel like absolute crap right now so...I choose to use the DBT skill of "opposite action." This means I'm going to do something that I have zero interest in doing, because I know that in doing it, it will help make the crap feeling go away. If you want to learn cool skills like this, you should come and visit here. Psssst, @CheerBear, look I am advertising the DBT thread...and I'm doing it so subtley.
So...even though laughing is the very last thing I feel like doing right now, I'm going to sit and watch these videos of some amazingly uncoordinated and rambunctious Forumites trying to get Forum Land decorated for Christmas.
