I do believe I'm paralysed from the stress of life, the to do list, my environment ,people I engage with, the community. How can I just take a step back.

Sleep is a bit of a reset for me when things are too overwhelming. It doesn't work for everyone, but I find it helps me to some extent @Dk5

sleeps a big one for me too.
i also like to disconnect for a couple days - disconnect from the internet, no messaging/calling people, and taking leave from work/study to focus on just the basic needs of eat/sleep/exercise.

Nice @Dk5 ,
I've got notes everywhere. All over my computer monitor, stuck on my desk, on my phone, on my calendars, on my walls!
If I don't 'see' it, then it's outta mind...

How are your sticky notes going @Dk5 ?
I've just cleaned my desk but will start back with the sticky notes again 🙂
I bought all these different shaped sticky notes of different colours because my mind 'remembers' things when I see them - so I assocoaite a task with the shape of sticky note and the colour.
