I came across this good news story and figured it might be a great space to share it here.
So good to see diverse forms of media and communication working to support those struggling with mental health, and for these findings to be supported by the BMJ research journal.

Corgi racing is my go-to when I need a laugh. It's not just the ridiculous of how they move, it's the names like Buttfluff

A great story and a beautiful vision. Regeneration on a bigger scale than I can manage. I am just planting what I can get my hands on, to start getting into the soil, and get insects going, and then the birds do come, and then I can get cranky that the birds are making a mess of my garden ...
now there's a cycle.....

Thanks for sharing @Appleblossom, what a wonderful project. Whilst it's certainly regeneration on a large scale, getting our hands busy in the soil and watching the native birds thrive as a result is really rewarding. Do you have a big garden space you enjoy?

No @Former-Member a tiny garden at home which is now pretty established and giving back. I have done the outside coming in through the windows effect. Just a metre around full of climbers and things and under planting. Then I did my front, verge and then the end of the court, and then when Covid hit I took to starting guerilla gardens. They are only beginning, but getting them through the heat keeps me focussed.

That sounds so lush @Appleblossom. I have to ask though, what is/are guerilla gardens? You mean like a jungle style?
