Good morning. Its encouraging to know you have a doctor on board to support you @TAB. Would like to see you with some greater supports though.
I have been doing some Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to break up static emotional patterns in my life since the new year.
Have been de-conditioning myself.
I use Human Design which is an esoteric template which demonstrates where energy flows in people and how we can work with blockages in our life.
Have been working with a distinct theme that required addressing in an energy gate this week in Human Design to do with faith and providence.
The fact that I need to have faith that my intrinsic needs would be satisfied.
So to remedy this emotional short coming apart from using EFT, I have been going on a miracle hunt since yesterday to take stock of all the magic that has occurred over the course of my life so I can start seeing that my life as being adequately blessed.
Its been eye opening but it certainly reinforces the fact source energy has adequately provided for my needs.
Just got to be mindful and thankful.

Thankyou so much for sending that @Former-Member . I love celery and I always forget to buy it. Love to chomp it with a bit of cheese.. Vegie patch at my new place needs some serious work. All thats growing is cherry tomatoes, curly Kale , parsley, and some pumpkins and I didn't plant any of it. It seems to just grow wild here. Oh and sweet potatoes. Bit of a weed around the river. Hope you are cruising the clouds on your magic carpet SG Tns.
So @saturnzoon .. Celery juice. Can't expect these things to work overnight, but if you have to start
now if your care about your health. I recon my juicer is the only thing that keeps me alive, . . .
Well it and my sense of humour. Eat something nice today.. mate.
@Appleblossom . Bit of the old February dragon paying Melbourne a visit. How are you mate.
Do you still work in the community garden. I always liked that Idea. I remember about 30 years ago,
Melbourne had a heat wave. nearly 2 weeks where the nights did not get below 30 c and the days
just simmered around 40. I lived at Seaford. I'd walk to the beach straight after work and it seemed like
half the population was down there. Even people in suits, peeling em of and wading into the relief.
The grid could not keep up with the air cons and for about 2 weeks cleaners shared conversation,
and a patch of sand with bankers and CEO's . Nature, reminding us all who's really in charge.
@TAB So ... are you going to set to that slab of red gum and bring it to life.. Its calling you mate..
TAB I had T B when I was young and was left with 30% lung capacity. Mate, it never stopped me from doing anything. You'll be fine. Just relax and follow docs orders.
Hi @Oaktree @StuF @ENKELI @Emelia8 @hannah @Meowmy @Former-Member @Historylover @Shaz51 @Tilz
and everyone. We made it to the weekend. Surprise yourself with a little treat , why not.
You earned it.. tonys..
Glad you had a nice little break away Oaktree..

Celery Juice can really shift the needle @tonys. It will totally clean out your innards of viruses and pathogens and toxins. I used to juice celery a lot but it can get pricey and sometimes its not always available and with whats left the cost can really go up.
It won't spike your blood sugars. You don't add anything to it, just celery juice and only build up slowly. Some places have started selling bottled celery juice but it does not work. You have to juice it and consume it straight away so don't get caught by companies selling you celery juice.
I think you will like what it can do for you, its life changing
