Hey @Former-Member
Thanks for that link. Qi gong is something I struggle to do with any consistency. I do it every week with my group, but can't seem to establish a routine outside of that. I'll read through this, properly, during the day 🙂

Yes same here @StuF. I got the article originally from Nexus Magazine. The article from Nexus has easy to access you tube videos on how each QiGong practice is done. So it can guide you through the process easily until you can do them down pat yourself.

Love those links @Former-Member The Design one is beautiful and Current page was discussing chaos and order... in a creative engaging way, rather than narrow judgment of one is good and the other bad.
Have a good day all

Thanks @Appleblossom for the tag
thanks @Former-Member for the information, especially YouTube video.
I also struggle to get good night sleep. Doesn’t matter how early I go to bed I always wake feeling tired and takes me up to 2 hours after I’m out of bed to feel fully awake. I’m sound and light intolerant. Even with wearing eye mask and ear plugs I still wake every 2 to 3 hours.
Im moving house in just under 4 weeks which has become my main focus.
will try to give this a try soon

Hi @Former-Member thanks for the links you sent through.
I loved the pink noise. I guess it explains why I like listening to the sound of rain whilst trying to sleep.
Trying being the operative word.
My sleep is still shocking. I am trialling one of Jost Sauers sleep formulas atm. Ridiculously expensive. A little improvement but still not much sleep.
Funny you should mention Qigong I am loving my classes but more so really enjoying an am and pm Quigong demonstration on U tube every night and morning.
Can't wait to check out the info you sent me later on. It looks super interesting.
Hope your having a nice day and enjoying the sunshine and mild weather 🌹🌹🌹.

What a horrible morning 😥
Cold, drizzling rain and strong wind
weather recently has been nice and sunny and warm.
went outside to check on few pot plants.
currently in the lounge room with extra jumper on.
going to be a day of staying inside and getting few things done.
hoping weather improves before my 4pm therapist appointment
