I hope you will be ok @StuF these things need to be sorted out. If the doc isn't worried then it may be ok. Do you know when you get the test results back from the biopsy?
I usually don't hold things on my arm after a blood test so you obviously have to do the same with your arm and leg. Just listen to what the doctor says regarding that.
Its great you got a supportive family around you. It would make it so much easier living at home and having that kind of thing in your life which is good.

It should be fine thanks @Former-Member
I've had them before
Unfortunately the results are in 12 days, which is a while, but anyway
But yes, I'm very grateful for my situation. It does make everything easier 🙂

Its mild in Melbourne @StuF still not sleeping well. It will get sorted out again. I'm so grateful to @TAB for him prompting me to take herbs until the celery juice kicks in. I got a pumpkin seed extract and people aren't waking up in the middle of the night to pee while taking it. I did buy some pumpkin seeds in the interim from the supermarket. I saw a credentialed internet article on bladder health featuring to begin with traditional chinese herbs. There was also a Korean tea you could drink. I'm just mindful of things clashing with meds. The only thing my doctor could offer was to say it was due to ageing and to try to do kegels. Celery juice has worked for me in the past with night time peeing but the food deliveries did not match my demand for it - its better to buy instore. Anyway I have some pumpkin seed extract and going by reviews in works!

Hi @StuF was just doing housework and am brewing a warming ginger tea with monkfruit sugar. Its a great sugar with low GI. Wish I discovered it years ago. I'm certain the pumpkin seeds/extract will work. I'm still learning on how to get correct readings using kinesiological muscle testing and my effort today indicated that I would sleep tonight without disrupted sleep. My dowsing pendulum said the same thing. So hopefully my reading is correct. I just washed out my juice extractor, threw out some compost, filled up my water filter chamber and am about to toss out more recyclables.

I hope your readings are correct too @Former-Member !
I'm always impressed by how much you have learned about all "this stuff" for want of a better term 🙂

@StuF thanks for your compliments! Creatives tend to be life enhancing individuals. I also had friends that just used to "go for it" and get into all kinds of stuff.
Well the recyclables are tossed I may go now and organise a walk. I don't feel like it but I guess I should go. The kitchen looks a lot better. I then have to organise hard garbage for the bigger boxes after emptying the storage room which has been a work in progress on and off for several weeks. Its all "neato" now lol ❤️
