Good morning to you @TAB I know what you mean re: food. I am a comfort eater myself. I use pyramid technology to stop me from eating and I try and keep what I need for the day in terms of food. Crystals are always good in my situation to stop comfort eating. Same with balancing chakras. If my chakras are balanced I won't overreat. Its a bit of an uphill battle lol

Yes, getting diabetes was a wake-up call for me with required lifestyle changes. I'm so glad I made those necessary shifts @TAB! Couldn't stop the meds from giving me diabetes but I'm healthier now than I have ever been. About to make a beautiful cup of jiaogulan tea and enjoy a quiet restful day 🙂

there's a couple things here not laid eyes on in a while thats bugging me @Former-Member might try a rummage around/tidy up later on today . If only had written down what missing things were lol. just had fibre drink metamucil (didnt realise how dear it is til last time) as not too good w veg, feeling had done something right, then read fine print sposed to have 3 tsps in glass (i was doing 1 ) and work up to 3 glasses (9tsps) day lol prob easier and way cheaper just to get psyllium husks and add to cereal der

I was suggested to have Metamucil by my diabetes educator but it didn't work with my digestive issues. I instead use Woolies psyllium husks and also wheatgrass as my motion potion. It works out a lot cheaper @TAB With Metamucil theres hardly anything in the sachets and it has a higher advertising/marketing/business structure. The Woolworths psyllium husks are much better going by my experience. Theres no fancy packaging, no advertising hype and it really works. Much more affordable. You get more bang for your buck for an effective product plus its organic. I no longer buy Metamucil anymore. This costs me around $7 and lasts longer than a box of Metamucil

“We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and
oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills;
we shall never surrender…”
