But it's not on free to air is it, @Glisten. Has it restarted? Yes, it was sad and I was pleased that they stopped showing it. It must have affected the crew a lot.

I spent about 13 years without a television, @Former-Member, several decades ago. It was great to de-program myself from identifying with characters and being envious of unrealistic American lifestyles that I wanted to have and be like since a child. It was at the behest of my ex-psy and it was a great idea. However, I couldn't do without one now. It gives me 'company' when I want it—especially at night.
I'm a lover of antiques, @Former-Member. I have a large market near me too, but I've only been there twice and came away empty handed, luckily. I'll only buy something if I can't live without it. I especially love bronzes, and in jewellery—art deco is exquisite. While porcelain and glass is also magnificent, I always wonder how long it would take me to be gluing them back together. Bronze doesn't break.

Fair enough @Historylover re: TV. I don't like watching it really but whatever makes you feel good.
Yes the antique places are lovely to walk through. At uni my friends mother had a partner who owned a large inner city antique shop. Went to the partners house once and the house was full of them and he had a direct line to the police station in case he got robbed. Don't know how that worked but the whole house was fitted out with all kinds of treasures. I guess it was the way he liked to live. The front of the house was nondescript - you wouldn't have known it was choc full of antiques just by passing by. Don't know if he was aspiring middle class or ultra rich but its what he wanted out of life. Have met antique dealers who couldn't give a toss and spend their entire day doing numerology or astrology.

Good afternoon @TAB hope your week is going alright so far.
Saw the state psychiatrist on Monday and they told me I am a stable person. They usually see more acute patients so they were a bit stumped as to how they could help me.
They are hopefully going to review my medication for me and see if they can find some way of making me less drowsy of a morning.
I think it could be just a case of me needing to shift my circadian rhythm... something which I am not very good at. I go to bed late and wake up late. I am trying to get up "earlier" and it is somewhat working so that is good; I am also taking my nighttime medications earlier in the night.
How has your week been @TAB and others? @Former-Member

G'day @BipolarPenguin thats wonderful news you are coasting along ok with your mental health nowadays. There are many however out there who are not as fortunate and are saddled with acute serious symptomology as the psychiatrist said. With your sleep try and have a work ordered day where you would wake up at the same time as workers, eat at the same time and sleep at the same time. Having routine is integral to having healthy circadian rhythms. If you are out of sync your sleep will be all over the place. Routine will serve you well. By making a few small adjustments will lead to incredible gains over time.
