Even if you grab a beer and some fish and chips and sit by the ocean, walking along the shore. You could go to a seaside cafe or something @TAB I used to do that for myself when I felt alone. It might be worth checking out the local shopping district. When I was with my ex we used to take the car across Port Phillip Bay in a ferry and go to Geelong. Enjoy the sights and sounds and check out stuff you have not done before 🙂 I know it can feel isolating just doing for yourself but you may surprise yourself at how good you feel.
