Good morning @MDT @Appleblossom @TAB @StuF
I hope we are all doing as well as can be today. I'm just waiting on some scripts to be delivered. Not well enough to head off on my own but am picking up healthwise. Had a good nights sleep thankfully. @TAB worked out high BP was due to food allergy. Every time I ingested something had a severe reaction. Anyway this morning have been using up the rest of the trimmed heads of celery so I can juice whats leftover to save money. I got some extra days worth of celery juicing just by using every bit of the celery ends.

G'day @SmilingGecko and all
Had work this morning- early start by my standards (8.30 instead of 10). Was alright. Spent the whole time painting skirting boards- second coat after last week.
Anyway, knackered now. Gonna have some lunch and a nap is looking seriously tempting after! 🙂
Glad you seem to have worked out your BP @SmilingGecko

Hey @StuF so you've been busy painting. It does take it out of you. Well enjoy the rest of the afternoon relaxing. I've just been listening to a vedic mantra for strengthening the aura after this health issue. At least my aura is better than what it was. You can take aura photography before and after this chant and your aura looks like a big improvement apparently. I wish I could do aura photography but I trust that its made improvement to my energy field. Have a nice afternoon StuF and enjoy putting your feet up and having a cool drink.

@StuF I went for a walk this afternoon myself. Its 30 degrees here still and tomorrow will be hotter. So may go out at 6am for an early morning hike tomorrow before the day warms up. The garden is almost done - he's just got to prune a bit still but its looking good. I hope you have not strained your back, it does get stiff if you it get stuck in places. So glad to hear you are doing well though. @TAB has not checked in here today, he's usually online
