@Maggie Hey Maggie, hope you had an okay day so far and have a good evening. Thank you for care and support. You are special. I got home from work in the afternoon. Feeling a bit tough,so rested until now. It's hard at the moment. Think may read a bit and may go to online church meeting later. Take care.

So pleased you took some self care @WIP & really hope you're feeling better for it. GP appointment went well overall despite stuff up (she called us but receptionist didn't inform her we'd followed her suggestion to wait outside the door but in view). Upshot is follow up appointment for him in a fortnight & ongoing monitoring (she suggested CYMHS, Adolescent Psychiatrist, psychologist, herself & equine therapy- I'm thinking the last option plus her plus school guidance officer might be good combo at this stage). GP's assessment was POSSIBLY mild depression but like us found he genuinely couldn't seem to articulate reason for self harm (but assessed as nil/low suicide risk & no evidence of psychosis so I feel simultaneously relieved & perplexed).
Hooe your recovery is gathering speed @WIP & everyone for that matter and thanks for reading/considering my situation with compassion. Much appreciated 💐
