@Sam3 I am good thanks Sam3 went for a lovely walk in the sunshine :D. Was a bit toasty warm but wore sunscreen so all was good and kept relatively cool with a welcome breeze. going to cruise the net now and think about what to have for dinner tonight.

Thanks @WIP GP is now over half an hour late & tbh I'm annoyed my bus didn't think to book a longer appointment (ie he booked a standard 15 minute appointment not thinking it might require longer, so now with her being already nearly 45 minutes behind I hope my boy gets an appropriate amount of time with her). I'm thinking she'll be hungry/ready for lunch too & not be delighted to see us 😉 Meanwhile the 11yo being 'supervised' by the 19yo back at home just phoned to get permission to access the child lock code for the TV! 🤣
How are you traveling @WIP ? Have you been out of circulation here for all the best reasons?! Medication still maybe impacting somewhat positively?

I hope you son gets the appropriate time he needs with the GP too @Sam3 It's a very important issue that he's there, so any GP worth their reputation and money would spend the needed time with you (no matter how close to lunch time it is 😉)
I just needed a bit of time away rom the forums, had a bit going on, needed some self care instead of dumping it here.
