Hi @Sam3 , yes I am finding the forums a very good thing. It's a place where people can connect and share, as well as receive support. I am not as lonely as I was. Now I know that there are many people out there who have schizophrenia.ππ

Agreed @Shaz51 thanks for the pic. I actually have a meerkat on top of my microwave (true story but false if you think it is not ceramic!). Sorry I didn't read all previous posts @Shaz51 - it's raining here too so I'm taking the opportunity to watch heaps of episodes of a series (how many episodes constitutes going on a bender - this forum won't allow the other word for it!)

Hey @Powderfinger I often use that emoji. It probably means different things to different people. FOr me it can mean in the middle between happy and sad, or what I call my pressed lips feeling, when there is nothing for it but to press lips together and carry on.
