just getting schooled by rude bank people again  here, so bit perturbed am off for a walk now, had rude person on ph speaking at 100mph  too quick to even hear let alone understand  well my misunderstanding that I rang about then they hung up abrupltly ok at end of call but I was still speaking. Have put in a complaint
