@TAB my dad used to say "never put off until tomorrow what you can put off til the day after" (not that he was like that tho' - he would say it sarcastically). Another mate says he sees his motivation from the back - as it runs down the street!

I sometimes wonder that re my high and someone elses normal @Former-Member go with the flow dunno. think best thing for me is to go back to bed atm, anything else would be a push and theres no one to impress. Its last day of fortnight so am on porridge lol well still have tea and coffee. anyhoo, might get that walk later in the day. Enjoy your day
