I'm wrong side of 50, male, barely employed, think I'm funny sometimes when not too worried about bills etc if you were still wanting to talk ha just garden variety depression , anxiety, if life goes well, so do I usually, then, well the rest

at risk of getting in trouble with m ods for 'giving medical advice' or whatever @MDT if your BP was that bad they wouldnt have let you go home, plus at bare minimum would have made you get a bp monitor and given you meds, s.. just saying... so relax

yeah, I hadnt been for a walk in like a week, affects mood, wellbeing, well music clips inother thread mention from 1970s so poss not your thing lol @MDT and a few others bit closer in age, think there was even a 'young ' thread at one stage @outlander .. Uncle Grandpa Tabs lol
