Yes - it's good to be able to watch the sun rise and I hope you are able to find a bit of peace and quiet from the kids today

I'm glad you son got your medication - a pity he couldn't have got it for you sooner

As they say - we should be grateful for small mercies - hah - it would have been so easier if you had your tablets to help you deal with life
