Even when I wasn't posting the months I wasn't here I was still occasionally checking my notifications and if I got any I would have replied. I got to the point the last few months with my psychosis that I didn't know what to say or do anymore.

@The-red-centaur  😄 this is what I love about the forums we are all here for each other. Even when we are away for awhile and come back there are always people greeting us with open arms and happy to see us back again. It is a wonderful group we have here on the forum. 

Can you do any drawings where you are atm? or will it have to wait until you are a bit better?

@Bunniekins I have a sketch pad and a bunch of colouring stuff to keep me occupied....I'm trying to teach myself how to draw, I'm still learning but I'll post the pic I did yester. I'm proud how it turned out.

Art (especially colouring) has been a lot of help to me in here. I'm so lucky I still have my arms. Though I did damaged my shoulder it was my left so I can still do art 😁

@The-red-centaur  the pic hasnt shown itself yet .... always takes ages for me lol . Son2 has just gotten up so I will have to go and check in on pic a bit later on. Now I dont want you worrying today. You have a plan with talking with counsellor just stick to the plan and take everything hour by hour if need be. Remember we are here for you. So dont be scared okay. I will check on you later. Love always peaxx
