Im sorry to hear about the many challenges ur son faces @Bunniekins . That must be difficult for him, but also for u with ur own challenges too. Dont want to ask his age, might be too identifying, but is he a young 'un or more teenager age? Does he cope ok with his challenges? I guess some days are better than others. My thoughts are with u and your son. Xx

@Doglover Hi Doglover son2 is 25 but in many ways in his mind is much younger. It is a tricky balance as some days he is totally switched on where as other days like today he is off with the fairies so to speak. Never a dull moment with him :). I hope your day is going well for you.xxx

@TAB Nice you are safely home. Today is nice, sunny here. Hope you get time to have bedding sorted. May help with better sleep. I have been for two hour walk. Feeling better. Not much to do rest of the day. Any plans your end?

@Bunniekins Thank you for care and support. You are a great friend. You manage so well with son2 and daughter and own challenges. I need to catch up lol. I have been for two hour walk. Try to practice being a bit stronger mentally and emotionally. Wish you a great time in the garden. Take care.

@TAB You are wise man. Work direction can be confusing. It may be wise to step back and observe sometimes. I have stepped up at work. It seems to run ok last week. Not good to have the anxiety attack. Hope to get stronger to avoid that in the future. Hope you look after yourself first. Nice music, tv, food, walk, . Quiet here. Take care.
