@TAB  well the walk was a non event torrential rain was forecast up here today so I was checking the weather for an hour before I headed off .... no rain. So off I trotted with unbrella just in case. Got down to the bay and the heavens opened so back I trotted home again .... will try again later .

@Ant7  Hi and good morning Ant7 I am really well rested pea this morning was going to go for my usal walk but the rain started 1/4 of the way through so I walked back again and went back to sleep (must have needed it). Will try again later. How is your back? any signs of it getting better?

I have another quiet day as usual, I just watch fox or netflix shows while crocheting as my agraphobia has gotten worse. It's a hot day here today, then nicer weather from tomorrow.
