Had trouble sleeping last night with heartburn, just couldn't get rid of it, I'm on tablets each day for it, but last night was a bad episode.

I  did some washing before, its a nice day here today, 24 sunny but change tomorrow, it would be a nice day to go for a walk along a beach or a park or sit outside, but can't do any of them on my own, so im watching shows i taped and crocheting.  We have birds in the tree next to our front door so listening to them and imagine I'm in a nice big garden, like castles do.Could sit there forever

Snap re sleep and heartburn @saturnzoon .. was awake mostly half the night gas as well thought waa going to throw up ugh . Anyway have given self week off work well except for a few things have to do. Looks nice day out. Been throwing scraps on back lawn , friendly maggies come to pick over it. Just resting here. Only doing what is needed to be done well if cant get out of it re work. Things been bubbling over for me last few weeks too much work. Started making really questionable decisions. Hopefully week off wont get me in trouble with work but think I need space. To do something good/right even if it is rest. Sorry for going on

I have had a headache all day, it's making my Joy, not so Joyful, 😞 I may just have to rest, & not do all the things, that I had palnned to do, this afternoon. 😞

I think it's a sinus headache, this unpredicatable whether, is messing with me atm.

@Former-Member you pictures always puts a smile on my face. Sorry to hear about your headache specially if it's sinus related, do you have and meds that can help get rid of it. I suffer from migranes and headaches, summer is the worst, i use to love the summer but once i hit my 50's once it hits 28 and above if i have to go out in it i get migraines and have panadeine forte to stop it, not looking forward to this summer as they say Australia is going to have the hotrest summer on record, i hope there wrong if not I will be hibernating in doors.

@TAB  You don't have to be sorry, that's why we have this for to get some things off our chest as lots of time it helps, then helpfully we can all help each other and know where not alone. try not to do to much work at home unless you really have to. i hope your time off work helps you to have some you time, be kind to yourself and do some nice things you enjoy to refresh yourself, It's not easy if your working a lot with health issues, I take my hat off to you being able to still work, i couldn't. your body is letting you know that you need some I time. It's lovely sitting outside hearing the birds on a nice day, Just take one day at a time,  That's what i have learnt and i can cope a lot better.

I was wondering is there anyoneļ that crochets on bere as I'm learning, i can do a granny square blanket so far.
