@Adge since you have been very good and well behaved alll your life! You have to do something about that asap! Start slow do something totally against your character like what I do when I am manic. Go for midnight walks! It is quite beautiful at that time of day seeing the stars and the moon stunning I think, HOWEVER if you live in a ghetto for god's sakes Adge do not go walking at midnight we all want you back to the forums in one piece so do something against character like saying a firm "NO!" to someone who has owned you from day one, someone who has made your life hell, make their life hell for a change and be non compliant in the nicest possible way so that they cannot be angry at you because you are not being aggressive you are just being noncompliant 🙂

eg: Person says 'Adge I want you to do this and so' Adge (with a sweet smile) ' I am busy. You will have to get someone else'. Simples. Then work up to bigger stuff. But start small and be nice is the key whatever you do don't get angry.
