@Ant7 does sound like a bit of inflammation or something. Most these things go in a couple days. Avoid acid foods maybe.

yes mr shaz is a bit better today and we have no work today which is good as my mum is in hospital too with bowel obstruction

Very well but It's freezing. Was going to go for a walk and fill in some paperwork for a proceedure I'm having on Friday but it's so cold I think I'll do it here and avoid coffee and cake tempatation and watch the news.

Nim is finally outside getting some V and D 🙂

Ouch! @Ant7 gout can be painful. The scan should be conclusive. Very weird though to just flare up like that, but it has be cold & we eat different. 🙂

I've seen a few guys come in at work in the pharmacy with gout and they're in so much pain. Did he give you some medication?
