im sorry to hear about your mum @Former-Member sending big big hugs
with your sister, thats not fair of her to be blaming your mh issues when your doing all the work. i highly doubt she would be able to handle what your going through on her own. i find alot of people who talk like that cant match their actions with their words. you really doe need that right now so im hoping things will get easier for you and quickly, is there anyway you could get some respite for a bit through a home care nurse even for a few hrs?
i am taking each day as it comes, and today is ok. made it a construactive day and got some housework done, and oragnised a new psych and done what pop needed me to do for him and his appt.

Hi @outlander
I hope you have a good Thursday - I am writing this in the middle of the hot - it's hot and windy in Melbourne and sleep would be a good idea but I have given the idea away for now
I know you life is never easy - let's hope you have the best Thursday possible
