@Bubbles3totally understand it never stops with kids. I clean my house and two minutes of being home they seem to have their stuff from one end to the other. I really don't know how they can do it that fast.
And I feel like I am always at the supermarket buying food!! But one cuddle from them and all is forgiven!
I am sure Gizmo is happy outside with you!

Yes - I understand @Bubbles3
I love my kids - but when they were about the age yours are I often wondered why I tried so hard to get them
There was one year when they had measles, rubella and chicken pox - all one after the other - it is so hard to plan things for ourselves with our kids there - and that was before there were vaccinations for all of these things
But if you know it's natural to flop after lunch then I hope that helps - and yes - keep them in the back of your mind

@Bubbles3I use coles on line a lot these days. I rodered it all on line and then just drive to the back door of my local coles and pick it up. They do home delivery too but won't pay extra for it!
I find it good becasue then if I am having a bad day and don't want to be around people, I can just pick it up and take it home and can avoid everyone (well except for one person who I pick it up from)
I am not sure if they do it near where you live. Lots of supermarkets do it theses days.

That looks like a peaceful start to the day...hope yours is good....I'm lying low for the day...at least I've got a bit of time away from work so I don't feel guilty if I have a quiet day. I'm just letting the day unfold as it goes. Take care.
