@utopia not a very exciting day for me. No days right now are interesting when all I can focus on is existing. I have to go to see my mh case manager to update my crisis plan. Then I have a volunteer meeting with other potential marshallers for the upcoming Reclaim the Night. I'm not sure if you've heard of it, but it's been going a long time. It's an evening rally held around the world every October to raise awareness of sexual assault against women. I haven't participated in many years, but I feel the need to go again. I'm just hoping it won't be too overwhelming for me. I don't cope well with lots of noise and crowds anymore

I have heard of Reclaim the night @Sans911. Well done for pushing through and going to the meeting. It is an important cause - so I can see why you want to push through and attend. Good on you for not letting your MI stop you.
