I don't really drink tea but I have just started drinking Kombutcha apparently it is good for you it is a fermented tea

I would love to try that I've been reading about it for a while off & on. How long have you been drinking it plz, & do you have a good report to share about its effect on your overall health as yet? @Ant7 Plz?

@Former-Member I have been drinking it for about two months now I gave up soft drinks 18 months ago so I only had water coffee and beer that I drank so I tried it for something different. I can say my gut does feel better witch I believe is meant to be its main benefit 😊

Hmmm, well believe it or not @Ant7 I don't drink anything sweetened with sugar, no alcohol of any kind I hate it. No soft drinks, just herbal tea, green coffee, lots of water. I am a Vegetarian, & I love Soy products & all vegetables, legumes, fruit in moderation. I eat lots of unprocessed oats & Barley. You know Ant7 I think I may be a horse & never realized it before? Excuse me plz while I go get the dusty old cracked mirror of the attic, & have a look in it?
I'll be back in a Horse whiskers of a second okie dokie will not take long to gallop back see you soon! 😛
