Re: Good Morning!
@Oaktree apologies if this message is duplicated, I have an I D 10 T error when trying to post!
Agreed on the electricity bill, great news that you have solar panels. I wish I'd put panels on when I had the money.
Mr MM and Gyppy are relieved that you don't need them. They are very busy at present-
Yes. Very busy indeed!
I have charged 3 bottles with the Soda stream, plus I have a plethora of Tupperware water bottles that are on hand as well xo

Re: Good Morning!
@ENKELI i got quotes for solar, all lied to me to a greater or lesser degree, the worst one tried to tell me putting panels on shaded sid e of house was ok cos what I though was east was really north , cos my map not as good as his magic one.......................
long story short, would have been due for replacement by time was paid off. I just dont use enough power to justify it, thats first question they ask and base sums on. they just jacked my power usage up lol
so .. no great loss........................ only pays 6 cents/kw now, etc bla bla so if you have more than one person and use heaps of power during daylight hours, go for it. if not, steer well clear, lol

Re: Good Morning!
I am so sorry you are going through this nightmare.
I am pretty disappointed in many judge budgie manager types that I meet socially. I think they contribute to the downfall of social values and social cohesion.
Hey everyone...

Re: Good Morning!
Good morning and good afternoon @Appleblossom @TAB @PeppyPatti @Snowie @StuF @Glisten @Shaz51 @tyme @MDT @StuF @ENKELI @Former-Member @Jynx @Ru-bee @rav3n @Oaktree @Lauz and all forumites here this Monday. I hope your day is going well for you. If you’re in Victoria, I hope you’re staying cool and hydrated in the heat. Thanks for all the kind words and support!
As for me, I’ve finally moved in to my new house - moved over last Wednesday and Thursday- and have been slowly unpacking and getting to know my new country town. I have been knitting adult beanies to help me with the stress of moving and have found this to be quite helpful and beneficial to my mental health which is 1 positive thing to come out of this situation and something I’ll add to my coping toolbox of things to do in the future.
My housemate sent the keys back to the old nightmare property manager on Friday via the post - which the property manager didn’t like - and now the fun begins with her and the old landlord trying to pin us for supposed damages to the old place which we will defend in VCAT whenever that happens. We will also be going for compensation from the landlord over several issues with the help of our lawyers. As it is, the property manager sent us through a copy of the old rental ledger which she had but it doesn’t match up to our payments and we know the old landlord was paid by us but is claiming otherwise which again, will be investigated further. My housemate got her sister to speak to the property managers boss and he didn’t know the things the property manager had done to us and he wasn’t impressed, especially since she told him the PM had breeched several laws including human rights, discrimination, disability and real estate codes of conduct which she would be seeking further legal advice for. All I know is this issue isn’t over just yet.
The afternoon and night is going to be full of watching the cricket on TV - the test match and the big bash - along with knitting a blanket for charity under the aircon in my lounge room.
Take care and stay safe!
Judi9877☺️🌻🍀
