Just looking at the 16 week course at this stage @Macqua Have contacted the convenor for more information. Not making any moves. 

Thats good you went to ED to get outreach. I don't need it anymore thankfully. Had mixed experiences with them in the past, some good some bad. You really have to have your heart in the profession otherwise you hate your job and the people you seek to treat suffer. Have seen all kinds of negative stories of psych survivors and their experience with the system. Twitter (X) is full of it

I got a graduation certificate from CATT once! It was funny well I graduated from ED, a psych ward then outreach lol The lady from CATT handed me my certificate with a cat on it. I wonder if they do that these days. It was a sweet gesture! 🙂

But no such luck for me. I'm sewing 45 st....... Dogs to make a quilt. I think iv shown all iv done ... I want to sew these dogs then sew up 3 quilts with dogs on them. I think it's a 2'year operation.

Been back from another brisk walk this morning this time. Was able to power through it. Something to do with healing of my metabolism. Not tired at all. But a bit annoyed why GP or Diabetes Educator did not indicate this to me. Gah! Oh well my metabolism is being fixed now. Learnt it from an intuitive healer who said one of the reasons why people don't lose weight or able to exercise is due to faulty metabolism. Well here we go! I reckon I could walk twice a day at this rate. Got to clean up the house today.

I’ve been a bit MIA in the forums of late, just working on myself. Today I saw Beetlejuice Beetlejuice with mum and dad which was great!

Had to change some timing of medications which has helped me a lot. But I was very agitated and self-destructive yesterday but luckily had a peer worker come out for a long chat which just made me feel so at ease.
