very good @Former-Member  could nt get sunday paper here, not sure what they are playing it, seems deliberate, only just got paper yest, they often  dont get whole order here on weekends or none at all

Thanks @PeppyPatti it only comes from having major health deficits in the past and something to do with being a Virgo, we are always fastidious about taking care of ourselves. It doesn't take much to do but maintaining a healthy lifestyle does take a lot of ambition in the long term. Consistency is the key ❤️

I remember you @Former-Member but I can't remember health issues. How you are reaching inside yourself and living your best life is what is interesting in our conversation. 

Do you think you have always wanted to be more mindful in your health issues ? 

I'm 56 and after all my years I'm slowly ( slowly ) learning to do my best life....

'70s were way way better than 80s, I was just a tad too young @ENKELI @Glisten 

• i had a pink singlet w ✌️ and 'hey charger' on it
• brown corduroy flares
• corduroy pants
• shoes w heels
• 50c was pocket full of money
• crackers were legal, used to buy from newsagents
• won cigarettes at primary school gala nite
• no such thing as DUI or seatbelts
• no shortage of hospitals
• teachers didnt go to uni, kids used to do what told
• could pay off a house with 1-2 years wages
• no speed cameras

the best music. best quality of food, just no variety , didnt know what garlic was or capsicum or lasagne or apricot chicken ha ha or pizza ffs 

first place lived at was broken down miners cottage used to share w people who were hardly ever there, rent was like $12/wk lol
