Don't feel discouraged my friend. Things can always be worked through. You will be able to return to your old self again I'm sure.

Maybe just have your self care plan in place for now and be self compassionate and self tolerant

@GuiltyinLife  if you type '@' ie just the ampersand symbol, a list of names of recent visitors to a thread comes up.

or you could type @ and try and do a 'tag' from memory or write them them down if you want to msg someone.

So if I want to you to get a notification, I type @ and guiltyinlife will still come up in the box.

@TAB ..   Makes perfect sense to me mate.  You have to fatten em up a bit,   before they go in your cooking pot.   Don't choke on the cats bird bell.    Hope that cool front makes it too you.

farmers  double acreage every year , new house ev 5 years, no tax, is someone not awake to this ??

You are 100%  right   @TAB ..   I'm awake to it because I was one of those farmers.    The tax breaks, 

concessions,  scams,  handouts,  Rural lobby groups.  I at least felt ashamed standing on my every increasing 

land values,  always crying poor.   and if i didn't,  I would have been run out of the district. My  Accountant told me once that the Gov in now paying me for not clearing land I was never going to clear anyway.

I could tell you about the lump sum gifts for plant and machinery, water rights scams,  export grant

scams,  but then I'd have to leave the country.  

If  I was a grocery corner store and got into trouble,  Gov would not care less.  Bank would take the lot.

But farmer tonys  forgets  to plan for fire,  drought n flood,   its front page news.   I must have been the only farmer 

in my district that didn't have a fancy logo on my work shirts and new cowboy hat.  

I nearly got the truck painted,  but put the cash to evaporation covers on my dams.

Farming.     I'm glad I left those fellow's to there dozers.   I sleep well at night now.

Disclaimer. . .   Now of course I'm generalizing.  There are plenty of first rate strategist's in the farming game that care about the environment,  their animals,  and staff,  n  rivers. .   Just didn't come across any in my district.
