Hey @tonys
re your suggestion of a break certainly sounds great! lol
I guess I Am having a fun long weekend with the boys on a houseboat in a month. That will be fun! Organised well before any of my work crap started kicking off big time but that doesn't matter.
Beyond that, I'd probably find it hard to justify much else for now 🙂

Yes I agree @TAB . I don't mind them on other people but I never really felt the need, but then no watch, jewellery, Nothing on me. My friend has such lovely skin too, so don't know why she would
put tattoo's on it. I do know however it is not her failing. Its just my lack of understanding of that
body art form of expression. One day I'll get her to explain it to me..
Chinese doctor. Thats good. They are a smart hard working bunch. Give him a chance to get you sorted, and follow his advice like its gold, is what I would do. Good luck with it all mate..
@StuF Krikey mate , a house boat. Can I come. Mate . . . you know how to live .
Further advice withheld.. lo l
@saturnzoon I hope you got the blender and vegie juice thing happening mate. There are some
good one's on the shelf at Woolies if you can't make your own @Former-Member sorry mate to bother you. but are there any vegie juices that pass muster that are one the shop shelf.
People tend to let nutrition go when their run down. I often think on the really hot days, I wish you
were in hospital getting some care. Drastic . . . I know. Well Sardines on toast, and vegie juice.
Thats all I can recomend from 3000 miles away. Please take care Satz.. tonys.
Should add, Are you Ok @Former-Member .. Your posts always shine so bright, I just assume it,
and I shouldn't. I tend to lean on you a bit because your advice works for me.
Hey.. So I installed those 2 search engines and they are great. so thankyou and take care mate.
Goodnight everyone. @Meowmy @Shaz51 @Former-Member @ENKELI @Tilz @Historylover @Emelia8 @Oaktree and just everyone..

Hello @Oaktree Enjoy your day! Last night I put some healing and restorative solfeggios in a loop on my ipod last night in my sleep and as of today feel incredibly intact and rejuvenated. I haven't felt this kind of feeling in years. I just feel as if my body is in a greater state of energy alignment. I'm planning on doing it every night in my sleep. They say to do it 30 days in a row for effectiveness. Please hop across to The New Age Endeavours thread. I have left something for our community to do on tomorrows full moon.
