he must be very brave and think very little of you to drop in over some crap he has done without for so long, then to pull games on top of it. must have been surreal.
I sorta remember going to get pushbikes from places after arguments, but that was still fresh, would not have gone back months later for kmart pushbike lol.does he think he can repeat that for every item left there now ? @Former-Member

@tonys pigment separates from the binder medium and the polymer emulsion - jelly fish in a can. The effect of age and heat.
You did a clever rescue adding the oil 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Good morning, @tonys. As for the recent storm, it seemed to move all about the area but thankfully, not in mine. Some folk lost power, but I hardly noticed the storm, being all safe and sound and occupied indoors.
You seem to be busily occupied yourself these days which must speak to how you feel. I hope it is a good indicator and that you are well on the mend.
Well, have a good day.

Good morning everyone
@Oaktree @Historylover @Glisten @TAB @tonys @StuF @Appleblossom
Have been having bad morning habits since the holidays.
Got back into my square breathing upon waking up to gently lead me into Epsilon meditation. Most illnesses begin with breath according to a traditional chinese medical doctor I follow. So I start my day with breathwork to balance my body.
Did close to an hour of Epsilon then balanced my chakras with a small giza pyramid placed over each chakra and strengthened my aura with sound frequencies.
Next I fixed my Assemblage Point to its proper place and cleared 112 mini chakras and all my nadis.
Connected to fohat energy and harmonised my hara line. Aligned 4 transpersonal chakras above the body.
I feel a LOT better and in proper alignment. Its incredible how I felt this morning. Have been feeling not the best lately with all this interrupted sleep but felt good after these practices. Will do yoga later on today, walking and resistance bands

@Glisten I don't know how I got out of bad habits but my energy practices set the tone for the day I notice I feel immeasurably better. I have to keep doing it. I used to do it for years but my sleep schedule has been all over the place
Hey @Oaktree we have a full moon this weekend. I think its on Saturday. Will put my crystals out! Hope youre enjoying your respite holiday
You know this idea of going to @tonys reminds me of when I had my first admission to hospital and a bunch of us got hold of a state emergency bus with siren on top (!) to go and see one of our fellow patients do a drama performance at school. He wasn't very well, was a teen and wound up in a psych ward so we all got behind him and went to see his school play. In those days stays in hospitals were for months. Anyway it was really funny. Don't know where we got the bus from but we had an OT come along to keep an eye on all of us. It was a bit on the wild side

@Former-Member That is the loveliest adventure story I’ve ever heard. Makes my heart happy.

Yes it was a good ward. We had all kinds of characters. We all looked out for eachother @Glisten. During the 90's the hospital system had plenty of activity on the ward with allied care. There was lots of structure to the day. Very nice people. The food was incredible.
